Planning & Design Services, Not A Venue

TheWeddingChateau is a wedding planning and event-design service. We are not a venue owner or operator; we source and coordinate with independently-operated venues on behalf of our clients. Venue booking terms, availability, and contracts are between you and the venue directly, coordinated with our support.

Inquiries & Quotes

Submitting the inquiry form is not a booking or binding agreement. Service scope, pricing, and availability are confirmed directly with you following a discovery call.

Pricing

Pricing depends on service level, guest count, location, and scope, and is confirmed via a project-specific quote rather than a fixed price listed on this site.

Third-Party Vendors

We coordinate with independent third-party vendors (venues, florists, caterers, and others) on your behalf. Contracts for those services are between you and the respective vendor.
